Personal Service
ARB is run day to day by us, Andy Bond and Russell Fry, however not only do we run the company, we own the company. Consequently the services we provide are of the highest standard. If you contact ARB invariably you will be contacting one of us or someone working directly with us, you will not be dealing with someone just going through the motions, who has been in the job five minutes and to whom you are an inconvenience, you will be dealing with someone with experience who most importantly cares that they provide the correct product or service for you. |

Stock
As a stockist we at ARB recognise that it is responsibility hold substantial stocks of all standard products within our range, consequently we have built and are continuing to build significant stock of good quality standard bearings, belts & pulleys, chains and sprockets and associated products.
Our stock of orings, seals and gaskets is now one of the largest in the south.
We carry many non-standard items that we know our existing customers need held for them.
We have next day access to thousands products throughout the UK, so if we do not have the required product on the shelf we usually have it by the next morning. |
Cost
Although we supply the very best products and the highest standards of service ARB is not a large national company.
Consequently we do not have lots of branches, which need lots of middle management to drive around all the branches all of which require middle management expenses.
We do not have a large accounts department or a large marketing department, producing glossy leaflet after glossy leaflet;
We do not have large corporate golf days, or company chairmen with chauffeur driven car;
We do not even have a small company jet;
All of which means we do not have to pay for all these “necessities”, which means we can make lower margins and pass the saving onto the customer. |
